With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Jill brings a fresh perspective to recruiting. She founded STS on the core belief that actual experience working in an industry better enables recruiters to truly understand the needs of their clients and to find the ideal candidate for each position. With that focus, Jill has built a team of Recruitment Consultants, each bringing decades of experience in the industries for which they recruit.

 

Jill’s experience in litigation and advising a diverse group of businesses equips her with the unique understanding necessary to find and evaluate potential candidates for every position. Candidates frequently turn to Jill to advise them throughout the entire process: from resumes, reviewing writing samples, the interview process and beyond. Jill primarily focuses on Attorney and Executive placements, and works with law firms and companies within several industries, including legal, hospitality, cannabis, insurance, automotive, logistics, and commercial real estate, among others.

Prior to founding STS, Jill was a Partner of Morganroth & Morganroth PLLC (Birmingham, MI), where her practice primarily focused on complex commercial litigation, general civil litigation, product liability litigation and family law. Jill has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation, including litigation against the wireless telephone industry in a series of cases based upon the adverse health effects linked to cell phone use. Jill represented clients from a lawsuit's inception through appeal including facilitation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Jill is a graduate of University of Michigan-Dearborn and Wayne State University Law School. She also is the Director & Co-Founder of the Thyroid Survivor Network, which supports thyroid disease and thyroid cancer patients worldwide.
